This Privacy Policy explains how ANSRZ collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites or use ANSRZ, our AI-assisted support, knowledge base, inbox, ticketing, integrations, document upload, and white-label support portal services.
If you use ANSRZ through an organization, that organization may control the workspace content and customer data processed in the service. In those cases, ANSRZ generally acts as a service provider or processor for that organization.
Information we collect
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, authentication details, role, organization, workspace membership, and preferences.
- Organization and workspace information, such as company name, company size, support email, branding settings, team members, permissions, and connected support portal configuration.
- Support and customer content, such as tickets, messages, internal notes, email threads, attachments, knowledge base articles, blog content, AI suggestions, and customer contact details submitted through support workflows.
- Uploaded and integrated content, such as documents, inbox data, Slack or meeting exports, integration metadata, ingestion status, and files that users choose to process through ANSRZ.
- Commercial and billing information, such as plan, subscription, invoice, payment status, and related account identifiers. Payment card details are handled by payment processors and are not stored directly by ANSRZ.
- Website and communication information, such as contact form submissions, demo requests, vulnerability reports, marketing preferences, email delivery events, device data, IP address, log data, cookie data, and analytics information.
How we use information
- To provide, secure, maintain, and improve ANSRZ and related websites.
- To authenticate users, manage accounts, enforce roles and permissions, and support team collaboration.
- To process support tickets, shared inboxes, knowledge base content, uploaded documents, connected integrations, and white-label support portals.
- To provide AI-assisted features such as search, summaries, draft responses, article generation, routing signals, and suggested next actions.
- To communicate about accounts, product updates, support requests, demo access, security reports, billing, and administrative notices.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, service misuse, and violations of our terms.
- To comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, and protect the rights, safety, and property of ANSRZ, customers, users, and the public.
AI processing
ANSRZ uses AI systems to help teams retrieve knowledge, draft support responses, analyze tickets and emails, and generate suggested articles. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or require review. Users and customer teams are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before relying on them or sending them externally.
Workspace content sent to AI services is processed to provide requested product functionality. We use reasonable controls to limit access and preserve tenant boundaries, but customers should avoid submitting information they are not authorized to process.
How we share information
- With service providers and subprocessors that host, secure, analyze, email, process payments, support, or otherwise help operate ANSRZ.
- With integrations and third-party services that a workspace administrator or authorized user chooses to connect.
- With the organization that owns or administers the workspace you use, including authorized team members and administrators.
- With professional advisors, law enforcement, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
Cookies and analytics
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, protect the service, understand product usage, and improve performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect service functionality.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations. Workspace administrators may be able to delete or export certain workspace content from the product.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Users should protect account credentials, enable available security features, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing or appeal a decision. We do not sell personal information. To exercise rights for workspace content controlled by your organization, contact that organization first.
International processing
ANSRZ is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those locations may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
Children
ANSRZ is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice through the service or other reasonable means.
