Terms of Service

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials, managing workspace access, and all activity under your account. Workspace administrators control team members, roles, integrations, customer support portals, and workspace content.

You retain ownership of content that you or your users submit to ANSRZ, including tickets, emails, messages, notes, uploaded documents, knowledge base articles, blog posts, customer records, integration data, and branding assets.

You grant ANSRZ a limited license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative operational outputs from customer content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve ANSRZ and related services.

ANSRZ may generate search results, ticket analysis, email analysis, draft responses, suggested articles, summaries, and other AI-assisted outputs. AI outputs are provided to assist your team and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before using them, sending them to customers, publishing them, or making decisions based on them. ANSRZ does not guarantee that AI outputs are correct, complete, or suitable for legal, financial, medical, or other regulated decisions.

ANSRZ may connect to services such as email providers, collaboration platforms, meeting tools, payment processors, hosting providers, AI providers, and analytics tools. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies. ANSRZ is not responsible for third-party services or for data you authorize those services to access.

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security controls for your users, devices, accounts, integrations, and customer content.

ANSRZ and its licensors own ANSRZ, including software, interfaces, workflows, documentation, designs, models, trademarks, and other technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of ANSRZ intellectual property to you. Feedback may be used by ANSRZ without restriction or obligation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information. By using ANSRZ, you acknowledge that personal information will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, any separate data processing agreement between you and ANSRZ.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We work to provide reliable service, but ANSRZ may be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, network issues, or events outside our control.

ANSRZ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANSRZ disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANSRZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption. ANSRZ's aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to ANSRZ for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ANSRZ from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your customer content, your use of ANSRZ, your integrations, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using ANSRZ at any time. ANSRZ may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay fees, or if continued access would be unlawful. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or by other appropriate means. Continued use of ANSRZ after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
