01

Where your data lives

ANSRZ organizes support messages, articles, uploaded sources and workspace settings under your account. Contact our team for deployment-specific hosting and data-location information.

02

What is used to produce an answer

AI-assisted workflows use connected workspace knowledge and conversation context through the configured AI services. Ask us about the providers and processing arrangements applicable to your deployment.

03

What the workspace holds

Ticket and inbox conversations, internal notes, published and draft knowledge, uploaded source files, integration configuration and customer support identities support the product workflows. Contact us to discuss retention requirements.

04

Who can see what

Workspace permissions govern member and owner actions. Billing and administrative operations have additional permission checks. Customer portal sign-in is separate from staff sign-in, and customer ticket access is scoped to the authenticated customer.

05

Providers and integrations

Your workspace uses the integrations you configure. Email forwarding, Slack channel connections, meeting transcripts and uploaded documents follow their existing setup flows. Request current provider and subprocessor information from our team.

06

Deleting a workspace

Eligible workspace owners can use the account management controls to request deletion. Review the confirmation carefully. Contact us about deletion, export or retention requirements before proceeding.

07

Incidents and vulnerability reporting

If you find a security issue, send a report to our team with enough information to reproduce it. Avoid including unnecessary customer data in your report.

08

Privacy and terms

Our privacy policy and terms describe the current policies for using ANSRZ. Use those documents as the policy reference, and contact us if your organization needs additional information.
